Peach in beauty |
2017 should be renamed as a year of peach. Peachy shades are everywhere, from makeup, through fashion to hair. Peach, the warmest of pastels suits practically anyone. In makeup, peachy lips suit mostly warmer toned skin whilst peachy eyeshadows will bring out the tones of blue, green and grey. It's one shade everyone should embrace at least once! Today, I'm sharing with my peachy favourites.
Too Faced Sweet Peach palette | £39.00 | POST
The palette that started it all. Peachy shades & peach scent makes it a perfect gift for anyone who'd like to experiment with the peach trend. The shadows are buttery and blendable, ideal to work with. Great mixture of mattes and shimmers, makes it a perfect everyday palette. You'll be able to create delicate (or not) daytime looks or dramatic evening smokey. One of my favourite palettes of all time definitely plays into the warm summer trends. And if Sweet Peach ain't your kind of budget, check out Makeup Revolution dupe, I reviewed them alongside each other HERE.
Ultra moisturising stunning opaque peach broken with orange truly becomes this summer lipstick shade. It'll compliment your bronzed complexion and it's such an easy shade to wear. Not too dark, not nude either, it gives enough colour payoff to truly make the look. Pair it with nude/bronze blusher & peachy eyes for the ultimate summer look.

Too Faced Sweet Peach Lip Oil in Peach Sicle | £16.00 | POST
Creamy and nourishing oil that coats the lips in sheer colour. Perfect for lipgloss lovers as it combines the power of gloss with nourishing lip oil formula. Shades are quite opaque, can be worn alone or over your favourite lipstick. I adore the scent of peaches, which makes wearing this oil a dream. If you're slightly bored with matte lip trend, I recommend this gloss to break the ice!
Dr PawPaw Tinted Peach Pink Balm* | £6.95
If you're on a look out for the multi purpose balm with a hint of peachy tint, look no further. The original formula of Dr PawPaw balm mixed with a little peach tint will give a very sheer colour to your lips, cheeks and even eyelids. If you're after the most natural of no makeup looks, try applying a tiny bit of tint to your eyes, cheeks, lips and use a little to even groom your eyebrows. A mixture of aloe vera and olive work together at diminishing any dryness and adding a little colour to your complexion.
Makeup Revolution Skin Kiss in Peach Kiss | £5.00 | POST
Love love love this stuff. I was on it just after the launch and currently own two of the series, but there's something about MUR Skin Kiss in Peach Kiss. It's not the lightest shade but somehow I can make it work on my ghastly complexion. I adore it at the very tops of my cheekbones and blended out with more champagne light shade such as theBalm Mary-Lou Manizer. Makeup Revolution knows the highlighting game and does it so well. For a fiver, I can't recommend it enough!
I adore peachy shades and incorporate them into any look lately, be that in the eye, on the cheek or on the lips. It's one of my favourite trends of spring/summer 2017. I wrote all about them previously, so if you'd like to know what else is so in right about now, check it out HERE.

I never could pull off peach and coral shades, they look really weird against my skin tone. That said, Hibiscus looks like a really pretty shade.
